A completed final report, required for Project Support grantees, is typically due 30 days after the completion of a grant. Go to GOArts.com to fill out your final report. GCAC must approve the final report before releasing a final payment on a grant.

Advance Payment Request Form
Once the grantee's activity has officially begun, grantees may request the first half of the grant payment, unless there are additional payment restrictions as specified in the grant agreement. To request an advance payment, login to your account on GOArts.com.
GCAC must approve the Advance Payment Request before releasing payment on a grant.
