Enter theater on Main Street (entrance is wheelchair accessible). You must have a ticket (either paper or electronic) to enter.
The Southern Theatre is a historic building and does not have an elevator. Accessible restrooms are on first floor of the theater.
Once you are in the theater:
GCAC staff in the lobby wearing badges will be on hand to greet you.
The bar in the lobby of the Southern Theatre will be open until the event begins. The theater bar takes both cash and credit cards.
CAPA ushers will scan your ticket and take you to your seat. If your seat is in one of the balconies, you will take the stairs (there are no elevators).
5:00 p.m. Program (starts promptly)
ASL interpreters will be on stage during program
6:15 p.m. Attendees will move to Westin Hotel through the lobby for party (use stairs or elevator).
Please note: We will provide one drink ticket to each attendee for the party, further drinks can be purchased from the bars at the party in CASH ONLY. There is an ATM in the lobby of the hotel. The hotel CANNOT take credit cards at the bars during the party.
